NetHelpDesk (for the purposes of receiving product support only) MailChimp (Names and email addresses for customer mailshots)

Network Online (operate our hosting platform)

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we hold.

Data Retention

We remove personal data from our files after 3 years of inactivity. We hold copies of invoices for 7 years in order to meet our obligations with HMRC – such invoices may contain a home address.

Your rights

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold for you. You may withdraw consent for Expert IT Solutions to use your personal data at any time. You have the right to request a correction to information that we hold about you. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if we fail in our obligations to protect your data.
